In year 2022, the company started a youth program that provides the Butha-Buthe youth with platform to perform and showcase their talent. Auditions were here held, and the winner walked away with a M5 000.00 check. Over 600 people participated, all of which were between the age of 14 and 35. This show gave people some jobs as there were paid judges, organizers, DJs, etc.
