Stores and Procurement Officer
The Stores & Procurement Officer will manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of TJ Group’s high-volume, diverse inventory. The role includes supplier engagement, stock level monitoring, and ensuring effective use of the IQ Retail system to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control processes for a wide range of products across multiple categories.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods in IQ Retail.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all procurement and stores activities.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock flow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in inventory and procurement management.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, preferably IQ Retail.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage diverse product categories effectively.
